PURPOSE:To save an electricity and eliminate useless electricity by a method wherein the signal of a temperature control device is detected and integrated power is calculated and the energy charge is displayed. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage V0 is applied across a temperature control device 3, a capacitor 11 is charged and a voltage Vc of the capacitor 11 is reached to a break-over voltage of a trigger diode 10, an electricity is discharged to a gate 13 of a thyristor 9 through a trigger diode 10. The thyristor 9 is conducted under this discharging signal, a main circuit 15 is formed and a load voltage VL is produced at a load L1. A time of generation of the load voltage is varied in response to a value of combined impedance between the temperature sensor 2 and the variable resistor 12, the less the combined impedance, the larger the continuity angle and correspondingly the consumption power is increased. Therefore, either the load power or the continuity angle is sensed by the continuity angle sensor 4 across the load terminals, and the consumption power at that time can be detected and integrated by the integrated watt conversion device 5 and the consumption power is detected up to that time. Further, an electric charge of 1kW hour is multiplied and a total electric charge is calculated. |
