PURPOSE:To obtain a composite separation membrane excellent in transmissivity and separability, by using a permselective membrane formed of polysiloxane containing two or more of amino groups and polysiloxane containing a silanol group. CONSTITUTION:A separation membrane is obtained by allowing a membrane, which is formed by reacting a polysiloxane compound having two or more of amino groups and a polysiloxane compound having two or more of silanol groups between both groups of said compounds, to be present on a substrate of which the surface pore size is 50-10,000Angstrom , the air permeability is 20-3,000sec, the max. pore size is 1mum or more and the film thickness is 10mum-10mm. The temp. at the time of reaction is pref. 40-200 deg.C and a crosslinking agent may be further added to both compounds. The thickness of a polysiloxane membrane may be about 30Angstrom -10mum. |
