PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized element by providing a mounting section which is used to mount a light-emitting element pellet and a bonding section on two leads, and by connecting two color LED with two leads. CONSTITUTION:Light-emitting element pellets 15 and 16 with different lighting color in reflectors 11 and 12 consisting of lead frames with silver paste. Then, bonding wires 17 and 18 are bonded, connecting the electrodes of the light- emitting elements 15 and 16 to the leads 11 and 12, and they are enveloped with resin 19. The light-emitting elements 15 and 16 are connected in anti- parallel between the leads 11 and 12. The light-emitting element 15 lights up when the light-emitting element 15 is applied a forward direction voltage through the leads 11 and 12 and fed a forward direction current IF, thereby allowing the two color, light-emitting elements to light up with two leads, with small-sized element. |
