The invention provides an apparatus for transversely stretching a film tube at a portion to be transversely sealed and preventing creases from occurring in the transversely sealed portion of the film tube when a product fed in the film tube is separated by a squeeze roll means into a specified amount for one pack and thereafter the film tube is transversely sealed.
