PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of a magnetic flux variation at speed control starting time by starting a speed control under the conditions that an exciting current is converged toward an exciting current reference value based on the secondary magnetic flux command value and the secondary magnetic flux is established. CONSTITUTION:The secondary magnetic flux establishment detector 34 inputs the output of an exciting current converge detector 33, the secondary magnetic flux command value PHI*2 of the secondary magnetic flux instructing circuit 23 and the secondary magnetic flux PHI2 from the secondary magnetic flux calculator 9, and applies a speed control starting command for a speed controller (not shown) under the conditions that when the absolute value of the deviation between the secondary magnetic flux command value PHI*2 and the secondary magnetic flux PHI2 becomes larger than the secondary magnetic flux deviation reference value, the fact that the exciting current is converged is detected by the detector 33. |
