PURPOSE:To get a desired relative humidity by a method wherein water is atomized or injected against an evaporation pipe for circulating coolant, a blowing air is made to show a saturated relative humidity of low temperature, a radiation heat of the refrigerator is applied for increasing the air up to the desired temperature. CONSTITUTION:Air is blown into a dust preventive and germ-preventive cyclone 2 under an action of air fan F in a chamber 1 from an outlet 23 through a discharging pipe 6, the dust and germ in the air are discharged through a valve 24 and the air is existed out of the outlet pipe 8 and blown into the heat exchanging cyclone 3 from the inlet 32. Then air is made to have a saturated relative humidity under an atomization or injection of the cold water and at the same time contacted directly with the evaporator pipe 30 in the refrigerator 29 and cooled therein and then the air having saturated relative humidity is sent out from the outlet pipe 11 and blown into the heating and humidity adjusting cyclone 4 and heated by the radiation pipe 18 of the refrigerator 30. In this way, the air of which temperature and humidity are adjusted is blown into the chamber 1 from the outlet pipe 21 through the supplying pipe 35. |
