<p>PURPOSE:To align molds easily and securely by placing molds conveyed by a belt on the hand of a handling device by means of a push roller, moving the hand to an assigned position, laying them down and erecting them on a transport plate. CONSTITUTION:When a timing belt 17 is moved in A direction by means of a drive motor 10, a rack plate 15 meshes with a a support case 14 which is moved in A direction. When it comes near a conveyor belt 2 and forces a cylinder to descend, its bottom end pushes down an arm 27 to turn a hand 9 and a push roller 3 is forced to advance in the direction of arrow B to place a mold 1 on the hand 9. Then, a cylinder 12 is lifted while the hand 9 is restored to the original position to hold the mold 1 in steady condition and the belt 17 is moved in the direction of arrow mark A' up to an assigned position and stopped. Then, a rotary shaft 24 is turned in the direction of arrow C to project a protrusion bar 25 and a lever 21 is turned to lay down the hand 9 and the mold 1 is erected on a transport plate 5.</p> |
