PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device in the caption used for industrial robot etc. by driving an excitation unit for oscillating a storage case so as to supply the parts therein on the guide rail of a supply unit after moving them upward while aligning them along a spiral passing route. CONSTITUTION:After a work is positioned in the screw tightening spot, a parts supply device 30 is driven and screws 60 inside a storage case 32 are moved upward along a passing route 34 by means of the oscillation of the case 32 while being successively aligned. The screws 60 are, when they arrive at the exit of the passing route 34, aligned on a guide rail 41 with their heads upward and legs hanging. Since the guide rail 41 is also making vibration forced by an excitation unit 42, the screws 60 move forward a screw holding unit 11 and are held by said unit 11 one after another. When a driver unit 10 descends thereafter, screws 60 are adsorbed and held at the top of adsorption sleeve 14 and arrive at the working spot for the work where a driver bit 13 is engaged and tightened. |
