PURPOSE:To increase bleaching powder removing action, by filling the water flow channel of container, which is attached to the spout of a water pipe in a freely detachable manner, with leaves of trees and plants. CONSTITUTION:A container main body 2 is attached to the spout 1 of a water pipe in a freely detachable manner and the water flow channel of the container is filled with leaves of trees and plants such as tea leaves. By this method, bleaching powder removing action can be inexpensively obtained.
