PURPOSE:To improve the sound arresting effect and prevent the muffler from controlling due to sulfur and the like contained in the exhaust by constituting an exhaust pipe by connecting a plurality of reinforced plastic pipes having different diameters by use of flanges. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reinforced plastic pipes 1, 3-7, 2, from those having small diameters to those having large diameters or from those having large diameters to those having small diameters through flanges 1a, 3a-7a, 2a thereof, are connected successively in the stage shape to constitute an exhaust pipe. Accordingly to the exhaust pipe, since the diameters of the exhaust pipe are heavily changed, excellent sound arresting effects can be displayed. Further, since the reinforced plastics are difficult to transmit sounds and vibrations as compared with metals, the sound arresting effect can be more improved, and there is not possibility of corrosion due to sulfur and the like contained in exhaust.
