PURPOSE:To convert the rotating speed of a servo motor with a simple configuration without increasing the number of resistors even if two types or a plurality of types of rotating speeds are approached or separated, by controlling an analog switch by a rotating speed conversion signal. CONSTITUTION:Two series resistor groups 9, 10 of difference resistance values are connected with a capacitor C1, analog switches 11, 12 are respectively connected in series with the groups 9, 10, and the switches 11, 12 are controlled ON or OFF by a rotating speed conversion signal SP to connect only one group 9 or 10 with the capacitor C1, thereby switching the rotating speed. Thus, the groups 9, 10 are not used in the parallel connection state, always used in an independent state to form a time constant circuit. Accordingly, even if two rotating speeds approach, it is not necessary to increase the resistance values in the group 9 or 10, and it can be constructed with less number of parts.
