PURPOSE:To output the document data read out from the main memory visually and to simplify the documentation by providing an indicating means for saving temporarily the document data currently being produced on the keyboard or for reading the saved document data again. CONSTITUTION:On a keyboard KB 3 of the documentation device, a special key for saving temporarily the document data currently being produced or for calling again the saved data, is provided. A page of data of current production inputted from the KB 3 of the device, is stored in the main memory 2 via a keyboard controller 4, and the data is stored in the temporarily file area of an FDD 7 every one page by an FDD controller 8. When this operation is normally completed, the function completion of the special key is displayed on a CRT 5. If the saved data part of the document data exists in the temporary file area of the FDD 7, the data is called by using the special key, and displayed visually on the CRT 5 to simplify the documentation.
