PURPOSE:To absorb the irregular manufacture of a frequency generator by correcting the variation of an output signal from a frequency/voltage converter by the amplitude modulation component of the generator signal. CONSTITUTION:A frequency generator signal Sf from a frequency generator FG is converted by an amplifier 13, and a frequency/voltage converter 14 into a voltage signal V14. A detector 18 outputs an amplitude modulation signal S18 contained in the output of the amplifier 13. A phase regulator 20 inverts the phase of the signal S18, and outputs a voltage V20. An adder 15 adds voltages V14 and V20, and supplies a voltage V15 through an amplifier 16 to a motor controller 17. Thus, the motor can be accurately controlled at the speed. |
