PURPOSE:To prevent a lubricating oil sealing mechanism from deteriorating by fixing a ceramic shaft integrally formed with a ceramic impeller of a turbine rotor by a part of a cylindrical portion provided in a metal shaft, and forming a clearance between the inner surface of the cylindrical portion and the surface of the ceramic shaft. CONSTITUTION:In the turbine rotor of a turbo-charger, the essential part of a ceramic shaft 2 formed integrally with a ceramic impeller 1 is coated with a metal shaft cylindrical portion 3. The metal shaft is constituted of a part 5 for providing all the shape elements necessary for sealing a lubricating oil and mounting the shaft, such as an oil slinger and the like, adjacent to the impeller 1, a shaft portion 7 supported by a bearing 6 within a bearing unit, and a compressor impeller mounting shaft portion 8. A clearance 9 is provided between the open tip end of a cylindrical portion 3, and the back surface of the impeller 1 and the inner diameter D1 of the large diameter part in the inner hole of the cylindrical portion 3 is made larger than the diameter of the ceramic shaft 1, and a cavity for heat insulation is provided between the cylindrical portion 3 and the impeller 1. |
