PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare core cloth, etc. by setting the right and left cloth guide plates and cloth bending plates in pairs to each necessary width and arranging a band shaped cloth into a cloth transfer passage and fixing said band-shaped cloth by loading a bending basic plate onto the band-shaped cloth. CONSTITUTION:The lateral width of a cloth transportation passage 25 is set to a prescribed value by sliding a guide plate 5. Then, a cloth bending plate 10 is shifted outside in the lateral direction, and cloth 30 is arranged in the passage 25, and a bending basic plate 17 is loaded onto the cloth 30, and the core cloth is allowed to pass through a guide tool 18. The both sides of the cloth 30 are bent so as to cover the bending basic plate 17 and the core cloth, and the right and left cloth bending plates 10 in pairs are slided towards the bending basic plate 17, and the bent part of the cloth 30 is pressed from the upper part. The front edges of the cloth 30 and the core cloth tape are set into an adhesion working part, and the cloth 30 and the core cloth are heat-pressed in the adhesion working part. In case of continuous operation, the cloth 30 is bent upwardly by the aslant surfaces 24 and 26, and then pressed onto the bending basic plate 17 by the undersurface of the cloth bending plate 10, and the core is enveloped. Thus, the bending to a necessary shape is permitted. |
