PURPOSE:To tighten adhesion of a skin material to a core material by installing the skin material of a Young's modulus larger than that of the core material, which is made of acrylic foam board with high expansion ratio and in which the bulk density in parts near surface is larger than that in deep parts, at the surface of the core material. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of a core material 5 made of acrylic foam produced at a foaming ratio of 1-30, skin materials 6 and 7 of such as carbon fabric cloth or light metallic foil such as aluminum of which Young's modulus is larger than that of the core material, are adhered with an adhesive 8. In the core material 5, the bulk density in its part near surface is larger than that in deeper parts i.e. the structure of the surface part is denser than that in the inside parts, and the both surfaces of the core material 5 is made air tight and stabilized. Hence the skin materials 6 and 7 are adhered strictly and the permeation of the adhesive 8 into the core material 5 is less. |
