PURPOSE:To shorten curing time, by using a resin, which is cured at ambient temp. and softened by heating, as a liquid lining material and curing the heated resin at the time of curing by the cooling effect of a pipe. CONSTITUTION:A proper amount of a liquid lining material 2 and lining matter 3 having a proper diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of a pipe 1 being an object to be subjected to lining treatment and a lining thickness are introduced into the pipe 1 from one end side thereof. In this case, as the lining material 2, a resin cured at ambient temp. and softened by heating, for example, polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride is used in a state preheated so as to have proper flowability. Next, a lid 5 is attached to the pipe 1 and pressurized gas is supplied into the pipe 1 by a blower 6 to send the matter 3 under pressure and the lining material 2 is carried away to perform the coating of the pipe 1 and, after coating, cured within a short time by the cooling action of the pipe 1.
