<p>PURPOSE:To continuously carry-out distribution, assortment, and storage work by detecting the flat plate continuously carried-in according to the destination and distributing and unloading said flat plate and continuously transferring said flat plate onto a multistage transfer shelf and transferring said flat plate into a desired assorting shelf. CONSTITUTION:The printed plate 6 for which the destination input into a computer is indicated by a shaft register in the sending order at a sending position is transported by a conveyor 8 held by a holding tool 7. The printed plate 6 is unloaded by the detection signal of an unloading instruction signal apparatus S1 and dropped onto a chute 11 and carried onto the opposed supporting hooks 4a and 4b by a longitudinal feeding conveyor 5. The printed plate 6 transported onto a transfer shelf stage 2a by a conveyor 3 reaches the position at the height of the destination instruction shelf stage of an assorting shelf 1 by a transfer shelf 2.
