PURPOSE:To adjust the quantity of an ink adhered to a needle through regulating the thickness of an ink film and easily adjust a printed density, by connecting a magnetic pole to a magnet having an exciting coil and varying a voltage impressed on the coil by a current-varying circuit. CONSTITUTION:A tip part 34 of the needle 24 is located at such a position as to make contact with the surface 35 of the ink film 32. When a signal for increasing the printed density is supplied from an image signal circuit 58, the voltage impressed on the exciting coil 56 is increased, whereby the thickness of the ink film 32 is increased. Accordingly, the quantity of the ink adhered to the tip part 34 at the time of protruding of the needle 24 is increased, resulting in a higher printed density. When printed density may be low, the voltage impressed on the coil 56 is lowered, whereby the thickness of the ink film 32 is decreased, and the quantity of the ink adhered to the needle 24 is decreased, resulting in a lower printed density. |
