PURPOSE:To perform continuously a batch-type urethane foam slab manufacturing method by pouring a crude foaming liquid in a mixing/stirring tank into a foaming tank through the descending of the foaming tank, lifting a washing tank while a foaming process is going on and immersing the mixing/stirring tank into a washing liquid for washing. CONSTITUTION:A lifter 5 is operated to lift a foaming tank 10 and adhere it to the lower edge of a mixing/stirring tank 30. Urethane foam material is injected from a raw material supply source 41, 42 through nozzles 371, 372 and mixed by rotating a stirring blade 36. The foaming tank 10 is gradually lowered. The bottom of the mixing/stirring tank 30 is released and crude urethane foaming liquid is led into the foaming tank 10. The mixing/stirring tank 30 moves laterally. Consequently, a washing tank 20 ascents and in turn, the mixing/stirring tank 30 is immersed into washing liquid filled in the washing tank 20. Crude urethane foaming liquid attaching to the inner surface of the mixing/ stirring tank is washed while foam-molding takes place in the foaming tank 10. |
