PURPOSE:To attain mechanization of production, mass-productivity attended with improvement of working efficiency and miniaturization by inserting a wire through a ferrite having the 1st and 2nd holes so as to attain balancing with excellent characteristic in a transceiver for a television set or a communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:A metallic wire 17a is connected to an output terminal from an input terminal 12 via a hole 11a of a ferrite 11, a metallic wire 17b is connected to an output terminal 15 from the input terminal 12 via a hole 11b of the ferrite 11, a metallic wire 18a is connected to the output terminal 15 from an input terminal 13 through a hole 11a of the ferrite 11 from the input terminal 13 and a metallic wire 18b is connected to an output terminal 16 from the input terminal 13 via the hole 11b of the ferrite 11. The metallic wire is not wound to the ferrite 11 but the metallic wired 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b have only to be inserted to the holes 11a, 11b of the ferrite 11.
