PURPOSE:To easily clamp commutator segments with uniform clamping pressure on surface, by dividing the commutator segments in the axial direction and by winding up the divided commutator segments with respective tight binding insulation wires. CONSTITUTION:Commutator segments 4a divided in the axial direction are insulated between commutator segments and are alternately arranged in the peripheral direction, and are clamped with tight binding insulation wires 6a, to form a commutator block 4A. In the same way, commutator segments 4b-4d are insulated between commutator segments and are alternately arranged, and are clamped with tight binding insulation wires 6b-6d, to form each commutator block 4B-4D. In this manner, sections bound tight by tight binding insulation wires binding the respective divided commutator segments tight are reduced in quantity, and accordingly, the commutator segments are easily clamped with uniform clamping pressure on surface, and a specified core circle can be obtained with high precision without re-adjusting the clamping force of the tight binding insulation wires. |
