PURPOSE:To make the titled roller inexpensive by reducing the number of parts, by using an one end closed type roller and supporting both ends of the core of a roller main body by both end cylindrical parts of a squeeze shaft in a rotatable manner and providing a pull-out preventing cap to the end part of said core. CONSTITUTION:In assembling, a roller main body 14 is engaged with a squeeze shaft 1 from the opening end side of said main body 14 and both ends of a core 17 are supported by both end cylindrical parts 2a, 2b of the squeeze shaft 1. Further, the inner end part of the core 17 is screwed in the screw shaft part 12a for connecting the core of a roller main body pull-out preventing cap 12 until contacted with a flange 12b to be threaded with and fixed to the cap 12 by self-tapping. By this method, parts are assembled and the leakage of the paint from the gap between the cap 12 and the roller main body core 17 or the gap between the shaft part for supporting the cap 12 in a rotatable manner and the cap 12 is not generated and good painting can be performed.
