PURPOSE:To prevent information from being lost while being unprocessed by storing the information transmitted to a congestion of system and giving an output to an input/output device. CONSTITUTION:An information storage device 1 is connected between a common line signal device 2 being one of the system and a signal modulator/demodulator 3 and consists of a BUSY identifying circuit 14 identifying whether or not the system is in congestion, a storage circuit 15 storing line information and a device control circuit 16 controlling input/output devices 40, 41 or the like. When the circuit 14 detects the congestion of the system, the circuit 14 commands it to the circuit that the opposite line information is to be stored and informs it to the circuit 16 that the output to the input/output devices 40, 41 is to be prepared. Al the information is stored (15) until the congestion is restored and the result is outputted to the input/output devices 40, 41. Thus, the possibility of loss of information is relieved. |
