PURPOSE:To enable high-speed winding without causing a damage, by making a thin belt of an amorphous magnetic alloy run through between a pair of tension rollers each of which has a form tapered in the axial direction and is disposed with the tapered side directed reversely to that of the other. CONSTITUTION:A thin belt 1 of an amorphous magnetic alloy is passed through between a pair of tension rollers 4a and 4b each of which has a form tapered in the axial direction and is disposed parallel to the other with the tapered side directed reversely to that of the other, and thereafter it is wound round in superposition on a roll shaft 6. For instance, a winding apparatus provided with a parallel roller 3a, a pair of tension rollers 4a, 4b, a parallel roller 3a, a pair of tension rollers 4a, 4b, a parallel roller 3b, proximity switches 5a, 5b and a winding bobbin 7 fitted to a roll shaft 6, which are arranged along the running direction of the thin belt 1 of an amorphous magnetic alloy is employed when a wound core 2 is manufactured by using the thin belt 1 of an amorphous magnetic alloy. The meandering movement of said thin belt 1 is detected by the proximity switches 5a, 5b, a gap G between the paired tension rollers 4a and 4b is varied to transfer the thin belt 1 forcibly, and thereby the meandering movement thereof is controlled. |
