PURPOSE:To improve the operability and the yield by inclining a core so that one end becomes higher than the other opposed end, and pouring a molten glass into each track groove through a guide groove. CONSTITUTION:A guide groove 3 and a glass bank 4 are formed in a ferrite core material 1. The guide groove 3 is formed extending between each track groove 2, its depth does not exceed a finishing allowance, and the glass bank 4 is formed in one end side orthogonal to the length direction and has the same depth. A glass block 5 is placed on the upper part of the glass bank 4, a spacer 6 is placed between the bottom side of the placed side and a horizontal base, and the material 1 is inclined at an inclination angle alpha. By heating it, the glass block 5 is melted, and this molten glass is poured into each track groove 2 through the guide groove 3. In this case, a flow of the molten glass does not close up an outlet of air and the generation of air bubble can be prevented. |
