PURPOSE:To prevent decomposition of processed food and to preserve it without using ethanol, by using an aluminum salt, an iron salt, and acetic acid as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:(A) An aluminum salt (e.g., alum, etc.) and/or an iron salt (e.g., ferrous sulfate, etc.) and (B) acetic acid are used as active ingredients, to preserve a processed food.
