PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a drum due to a filler, such as a quartz powder contained in a silicone rubber by using a silicone rubber contg. no filler as the surface layer of an elastic roller. CONSTITUTION:The silicone rubber contg. the filler used for the surface layer of the elastic cleaning roller scratches the surface of the drum, but the rubber contg. no filler causes no damage on the surface of the drum, thus permitting the obtained cleaning roller not to impair the surface of the drum made of, e.g., amorphous silicon. |
