PURPOSE:Dried and crushed NATTO and seasonings are mixed and kneaded with a hardened food oil, then the resultant paste is heated at a temperature higher than the melting point of the food oil and adhered to the roasted rice cake to give a roasted rice cake coated with NATTO without tackiness and bad smell of NATTO. CONSTITUTION:Dried and crushed NATTO, onion, mustard and seasonings are kneaded together with hardened food oil to prepare a paste. The paste is heated at a temperature over the melting point of the hardened oil and adhered to roasted rice cake to give the objective rice cake coated with crushed NATTO. |
