PURPOSE:To facilitate winding operation with removal of a grooved roller unit in time of wire winding as well as aim at improvements in operation efficiency, by attaching the grooved roller unit, which attached plural grooved rollers to a face plate free of rotation, to a frame detachably. CONSTITUTION:During cutting operation, when a wire 5 is cut or wire replacement is required as the wire reaches its limit of service frequency, a grooved roller unit 3 is removed from a setting plate 5, and with a proper wire winding position, the wire is rolled on each of grooved rollers 40-42. Next, in time of setting the grooved roller unit 3 on which a wire 80 is rolled on, setting flanges 46 and 47 are fitly inserted intofitting grooves 50 and 51 of the setting plate 5 of a body frame 2, and they are engaged therein with keep plates 52 and 54. Then, both ends of the wire 80 rolled on each of these grooved rollers 40-42 are connected each to both feed and takeup sides of the cutting wire 6 of the body frame, and a dving shaft 49 is connected to a main shaft 56 with a connecting cylinder 57, thus winding operation is easily completable. |
