PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in physical properties such as strength of a machine and mold release characteristics, by forming a vulcanizing bladder with a rubber composite containing organic rubber and polyorgano siloxane. CONSTITUTION:Co-crosslinking of organic rubber based on various kinds of vulcanizer and polyorgano siloxane become possible by a method wherein as for polyorgano siloxane, at least two pieces of organic groups out of the whole number of the organic groups to be selected from a monovalent replacement and nonreplacement hydrocarbon radicals which are bonded with a silicon atom possess more than four pieces of carbon atoms, contains monovalent hydrocatbon radicals having C=C double bond through at least one piece of a carbon atom from a silicon atom and contains the double-bond hydrocarbon radical like this in a molecule consisting of 5-100wt% polyorgano siloxane whose polymerization degree is more than 20 and 90-0wt% polyorgano siloxane whose polymerization degree is more than 20 and containing the other crosslinking radical. A compound ratio between the organic rubber and polyorgano silxane is made into 95/5-5/95. Based on the above, the title product is superior in mold release properties and plysical properties such as mechanical strength. |
