PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent operability by constituting a titled disk player so that an operation mode which is taken preferentially when turning on a power source can be selected and set to a desired one among a programming mode, a continuous reproducing mode and an individual reproducing mode. CONSTITUTION:A system control part 10 is provided with three kinds of operation mode selecting keys consisting of a continuous reproducing mode key 21, an individual reproducing mode key 22, and a programming mode key 23. Also, this system control part is provided with a priority operation mode switching means 31 for executing a selecting and setting operation for taking preferentially a continuous reproducing mode, an individual reproducing mode or a programming mode, which is selected by the operation mode selecting key, when a power source of a player DP has been turned on, and for instance, when a continuous reproducing mode priority switch 32 becomes an on-state, an operating state that the continuous reproducing mode key 21 takes the continuous reproducing mode when the power source has been turned on is set. |
