摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance photosensitive speed and durability in printing and enable to develop by a developing liquid comprising an alkali as a main constituent, by providing a layer of a photo-polymerizable photosensitive composition on an aluminum plate having an anodic oxide film provided by anodic oxidation in phosphoric acid or an electrolytic liquid comprising phorphoric acid as a main constituent. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum or aluminum alloy plate is subjected to anodic oxidation in phosphoric acid or an electrolytic liquid comprising phosphoric acid as a main constituent to provide an anodic oxide layer. A layer of a photo- polymerizable photosensitive composition comprising a polymer having a carboxylic acid residue or a carboxylic acid anhydride residue, an addition- polymerizable unsaturated compound and photo-polymerization initiator is provided on the plate. The polymer is prepared by homopolymerization of a monomeric compound or copolymerization of the monomeric compound with styrene or the like. The average molecular weight of the polymer is 1,000-100,000, preferably, 3,000-70,000.
