<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the titled liquor having low alcohol content, easily at a low cost, keeping the taste of Japanese SAKE, by using a commercialized Japanese SAKE as the mother liquor, and distilling the liquor in vacuum at a specific distillation temperature and pressure under a condition to attain an alcohol content of within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:The objective liquor having low alcohol content can be prepared by using commercialized Japanese SAKE as a mother liquor, and distilling the liquor at a distillation temperature of 30-50 deg.C under a vacuum of 760-60mmHg until the alcohol content in the mother liquid (distillation residue) reaches about 7-14%.</p> |
