PURPOSE:To measure impurities in a steam power plant, by communicating an exhaust pipe, which has a grating for preventing the leakage of a microwave, with the box for receiving a container storing a liquid specimen and irradiating the interior of the box with a microwave. CONSTITUTION:The container 1 storing a liquid specimen such as steam in a steam power plant is received in a box 4. The microwave generated in a microwave generator 6 is adjusted by a wave guide 7 and irradiates the interior of the box through an antenna 9, a coaxial cable 8 and an antenna 10. The specimen in the container 1 is heated and moisture is evaporated to be exhausted through an exhaust pipe 15. Because steam is condensated by a grating 12, said steam is not returned to the container 1. The microwave is not leaked to the outside by the box 14 and the grating 12. |
