PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive layer having a good visible image, a high sensitivity and a good storage stability by incorporating a salt of diazoresin, a high polymer compd. having a hydroxyl group and an oil soluble dyestuff. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition comprises a PF6 or a BR4 salt of the diazoresin, an org. salt of the diazoresin, the high polymer compd. contg. the hydroxyl group, and the oil soluble dyestuff. A weight ratio of the PF6 or BF4 salt of the diazoresin to the org. salt of the diazoresin is preferably (0.2:1)-(1:0.2). Total compounding amount of the PF6 or BF4 salt and the org. salt of the diazoresin is preferably 10-50wt% on the weight basis of the titled composition. The high polymer compd. contg. the hydroxyl group is usually the weight average molecular weight of 5,000-500,000 and is a polymer obtd. from a monomer contg. a hydroxyl substd. aromatic group such as N-(4- hydroxyphynyl) acrylamide. The oil soluble dyestuff preferably comprises about 1-5wt% on the weight basis of the titled composition. |
