PURPOSE:To enable efficient automatic winding and easy lined-up winding by a simple construction wherein a magnetic pin member is attracted and passed through the small hole of a body whereon winding is made, and then wound thereon by the cooperative actions of a movable electromagnetic matched with the small hole of said body, and of a magnetic pin member chucking arm. CONSTITUTION:The fore end of a magnetic pin member 4 is made to be attracted onto an attracting portion at the end of a movable electromagnet 7, and a wire material holding roller 10 is further lowered to pass a wire material 3 through a small hole 1a. While kept in the ON state, the movable electromagnet 7 is rotated to a position as high as an extension of the wire material 3, so as to wind the wire material 3 by one turn round on a body 1 on which winding is made. Meanwhile, a chucking arm 5, which is elevated to an upper position in proximity to the movable electromagnet 7 positioned above said body and is rotated, chucks the magnetic pin member 4, and the movable electromagnet 7 is turned OFF and returned to a position in close proximity to and below the small hole 1a. The chucking arm 5 rotates to the initial position in proximity to the small hole, while putting the wire material 3 round on the wire material holding roller 10, so as to bring the magnetic pin member 4 to a position in the vicinity of and aligned with the small hole, or into the small hole. |
