PURPOSE:To improve the cleaning capacity and the cleaning effect by laminating a sheet material of the same shape having some thickness, on both faces of a disk being a core material having a rigidity and some thickness. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning material 10 has the almost same shape and outside diameter as those of a flexible disk, uses a disk-shaped plastic having some thickness as a core material 11, and it is constituted by laminating sheets 12, 13 of a non-lubricating nonwoven fabric having the same contour and some thickness, through an adhesive layer 14 on both the surface and the rear wide. As for a core material 11 made of plastic, a heat resisting hard vinyl chloride resin sheet is used in order to set a light transmissivity of the cleaning material to <=1.0%, and also, when manufacturing it, by coloring it to black by a carbon pigment being a compounding agent, the light transmissivity can be satisfied. According to such a constitution, the cleaning capacity can be doubled, and by wetting one sheet material, and using the other sheet as it is dry, the cleaning effect of a magnetic head can be further improved. |
