PURPOSE:An agent for increasing the yield, providing stable high crop, having increasing effect on the yield, by foliar application during growth of beet and sugar cane, comprising N-acetyl-thiazolidin-4-yl carboxylic acid and other two components as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The titled agent comprising three components of N-acetyl- thiazolidin-4-yl caboxylic acid (ATCA), N-[4-[[2-amio-1, 4-dihydro-4-oxo-6-pteri dinyl) methyl] amino] benzoyl]-L-glutamic acid (folic acid), and kasugamycin or its salt. When it is used, it and a carrier, etc. are processed into preparation, diluted into a desired concentration, and used. In concentrations of the active ingredients, preferably ATCA is in 10-200ppm, folic acid is in 0.1-10ppm, and Kasugamycin is 10-200ppm.
