PURPOSE:To obtain the titled pharmaceutical preparation, by administering an immune stimulant represented by a weakly toxic tubercle bacillus to a mammal, and treating the blood of the animal with a specific lipopolysaccharide. CONSTITUTION:An immune stimulant (e.g., BCG and its mold component, Gram- negative bacteria, interferon, etc.) represented by a weakly toxic tubercle bacillus, the blood of the mammal is treated with a lipopolysaccharide of Gram-negative bacterium cell wall immobilized to an insoluble carrier (e.g., one obtained by introducing a functional group such as amino group, carboxyl group, etc. to be bonded to liposaccharide as aromatic substituted group to polystyrene, or styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer), to give a blood pharmaceutical preparation having antitumor action. In bonding the lipopolysaccharide to the insoluble carrier, since the blood has too low activation and only the blood with low antitumor activity is obtained when the immobilization density is low, the density of the lipopolysaccharide in the immobilized lipopolysaccharide is >=0.01mg/g, preferably >=1.0mg/g.
