PURPOSE:To make the temperature fall of a bimetal slow to make the reset time longer even in case of a small-capacity circuit breaker by providing the second conductive piece which is brought into contact with the bimetal on the side opposite to the first conductive piece when the bimetal of the circuit breaker is separated from the first conductive piece and connecting a resistance to the second conductive piece to flow a current continuously. CONSTITUTION:If the output of a speaker driving source 12 is increased and the input to a speaker 13 is excessive, the repulsion of a bimetal 3 overcomes the reaction of a spring 7 and is bent upward, and a contact 5 is brought into contact with a contact end 16 to stop the bimetal 3. If the value of a resistance 18 is made larger than the impedance of the speaker 13, a current is flowed continuously to the bimetal 3, and the speed of temperature fall is lower than that for absence of the resistance 18. The value of the resistance 18 is selected properly to control freely the reset time. |
