PRODUCTION OF EASILY SINTERABLE MOLDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a molding which has excellent formability and reduces degreasing time by molding a compsn. consisting of a sinterable material having a specified grain size and special syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and irradiating high-energy radiations thereto. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. consisting of the sinterable material composed of the metal and inorg. compd. having 0.1-500mu average grain size and the syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene having 0.1-30g/10min melt index and 10-45% degree of bonding is prepd. The compsn. ratio of the sinterable material occupying in the total weight thereof is made 50-95wt%. The compsn. is molded to a required shape and the high-energy radiations are irradiated at 1X60-50X10<-6>R radiation dose. The molding has excellent mechanical strength and the good molding which is free from voids and cracks is obtd. in a relatively short period in the stage of calcination.
