PURPOSE:To prevent a degradation of a performance in a use during a long period by incorporating salts of guanidine or its derivative shown by the formula to at least a part of a surface of the titled material. CONSTITUTION:The above described salts are a compd. shown by the formula (whereby R1-R6 are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an alkenyl, an aryl, an alkylene, an aralkyl, or an arylene group or an org. residue substituted a hydrogen atom contd. in a heterocyclic compd. contg. a nitrogen atom, a sulfur atom or an oxygen atom, X<-> is an inorg. or an org. anion). The above described compd. is used to the titled material in a form of a solution or a dispersion thereof. A carrier of the titled material is treated with the above described salts by a dipping, a spraying method or a method using a fluidized bed. |
