发明名称 METHOD FOR PREVENTING CAMBER IN PLATE MILL EQUIPPED WITH ROLL SHIFTING DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent easily a camber by obtaining a leveling rolling-down position correcting-quantity calculating equation from the roll shifting positions, plate dimensions, rolling loads and leveling rolling-downs, of preceding and succeeding bars. CONSTITUTION:A load difference Pdf between the driving and operating sides, is expressed by an equation I constituted of the product of rolling load P, leveling rolling-down Sdf and a function of sheet thickness (h), sheet width (w), sheet hardness (k), shifting quantities XWR, XIMR of working roll 9 and intermediate roll 10. Respective data are fetched into an arithmetic unit 6 at the time of stationary rolling a preceding bar free from a bend, to correct a factor by measuring the variables of equation I. A leveling rolling-down quantity correcting equation II is obtained from the setting wherein the wedge rate of sheet is not changed even under the different rolling conditions. Because the wedge rate of succeeding bar is not changed, the bend of plate is not changed. Accordingly, a camber is easily and properly prevented.</p>
