PURPOSE:To simplify the construction and to prevent the deviation of synchronizing between right and left servosystems by means of the synchronizing mechanisms used for clamping and lifting by driving separately feed, clamp and lift shafts by means of each one of servomotors used for feeding, clamping and lifting. CONSTITUTION:A feed bar 2 is moved in the advancing (c) and retreating (f) directions by driving a servomotor 9 of feeding mechanism 3 through a feed shaft 12. A clamp shaft 14 for holding the bar 2 is moved in the unclamping (e) direction by driving a servomotor 15 of clamping mechanism 5. At that time, a rack rod 20 is moved synchronously with the movement of a rack rod 13 through the segment gears 22, 23 and equalizer shaft 21 of a synchronizing mechanism. Further, a rack rod 28 is moved by driving the servomotor 36 of a lifting mechanism 4, and a rack rod 27 is synchronously moved through the segment gears 39, 40 and equalizer shaft 38 of a synchronizing mechanism 43. Then a lift shaft 32 for holding the bar 2 is vertically moved to raise (b) and lower (d) the bar 2. Two or three dimensional movement is performed by driving the stopping there serial movements in sequence. |
