RESIN MOLDED COIL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To attempt satisfactory improvement in adhesion between an inner peripheral insulating member of a coil and a molded member injected later by constructing the inner peripheral insulating member of the coil in a net structure provided with a lot of through holes and irregularities formed on its surface. CONSTITUTION:A resin mold coil 1 is structured by integrally molding conductive coils 2 divided into two parts along its axial direction and an inner peripheral insulating member 3 of the coil arranged in the inner peripheral side of the conductive coil 2 by use of a mold member 4 obtained by adding an inorganic filling member and the like to resin such as epoxyresin. Respective conductive coils 2 are made by winding electric wires in multiple layers via an insulator 6 between the layers. The inner peripheral insulating member 3 in the coils is a thin leaf insulator constructed in a net structure having a lot of through holes and irregularities formed on its surface. Since a gap communicating with the through hole 9 of the insulating member 3 is secured between the surface of the insulating member 3 formed so as to have irregularities thereon and the conductive coils 2 and between the said surface and the core tube 15, the mold member 4 injected later is completely filled with the lot of through holes 9 and the concave part 10a on the surface. This guarantees strong adhesion between the insulating member 3 and the mold member 4.
