<p>PURPOSE:To enable a machine to prevent its resonance with a rotary speed, by mounting a natural frequency adjusting member, having predetermined rigidity, between the main unit of the rotary machine and a rigid material structure, set in the vicinity of the main unit of the rotary machine, and easily adjusting a natural place. CONSTITUTION:A machine, setting a pipe-shaped rigid material structure 5 separately from a motor supporting bed 2 around a pump main unit because a delivery curved pipe 1a of the vertical turbopump and the motor supporting bed 2 are of integral construction, mounts a plurality of natural frequency adjusting plates 3 having predetermined rigidity so as to provide no flection between the structure 5 and the pump main unit. In this way, a natural frequency of the pump main unit is changed into the natural frequency as a combined system of the pump main unit and the rigid material structure 5, further this natural frequency is fine adjusted easily by changing a shape of the frequency adjusting plate 3 and its mounting quantity. Accordingly, the machine, easily adjusting the natural frequency of the vertical rotary machine, even after it is set in the actual plate, and preventing the resonance with a rotary speed, can reduce much labor and expense for suppressing a vibration.</p> |
