PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of scale or sludge of bath hot-water to a heat exchanger and contrive the securing of thermal efficiency, clean property and comfortable property as well as the improvement of durability by a method wherein non-adhesive film is formed on the surface of the heat exchanger, which contacts with bath water, while a circulating pump and a specialized reaction tank are arranged in a bypass circuit provided in the circulating pipe. CONSTITUTION:The non-adhesive film 10 is formed on the surface of the heat exchanger 1, which contacts with bath water, a bypass circuit 7 is provided in the path of the circulating pipe connecting a bathtub 6 and the heat exchanger 1 and the reaction tank 9, consisting of a reaction agent between scale constituent in water and a filter material, and the circulating pump 8 are arranged in the bypass circuit. Sodium percarbonate, carbonate or the like, for example, is employed as the reaction agent. According to this method, the constituents of scale in water are removed by reacting actively and selectively under circulating the bath water by the circulating pump 8 or the same is removed by the filter material together with the other constituents of contamination while the wall surface of the heat exchanger is changed so as to be non-adhesive, therefore, the adhesion of various kinds of constituents of contamination to the wall surface may be eliminated. |
