The vanes are engaged by annular ribs 43, 44 on the abatment and a rubber ring 40 on the plate. The mandrel is placed between centres (not shown) parallel with the axis of the grinding wheel 32. Two pairs of discs 35 and plates 37 may be provided with a common abutment therebetween. |
