PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion strength of a white diffusion film by pouring the liquid dispersion of aqueous emulsion resin to from an emulsion resin layer on a white pigment layer after applying white pigment in the inner surface of a glass globe. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamp is formed to a U-shape or a double U-shape, and when forming a white diffusion film in the inner surface of a glass globe in an electric lamp type fluorescent lamp which is housed within the glass globe, together with a glow starter and a ballast, firstly, the mixture of calcium pyrophosphate and silica, as white pigment, is applied to the inner surface of the globe by means of an electrostatic painting method, and thereafter the solution in which vinyl acetate ethylene series emulsion is dispersed into demineralized water is poured or sprayed to form an vinyl acetate ethylene series emulsion resin layer on a white pigment layer. Accordingly, it is possible to extremely improve the film adhesion strength of a white pigment layer and to completely prevent the film falling down etc. |
